Business Days:
Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Customer Complaint Policy

  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • After verification, we will take the necessary action to resolve the issue.

    International Shipping Policy

    International orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days.

    Import Duties:
    Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer.

    General Terms

    • Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order.

    • Delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.
